What to Expect

A ministry for ages Birth - 5 years (before entering Kindergarten).

Welcome to the Preschool Ministry at First Baptist Church Forney. We offer a high quality experience for children Birth - Pre-K by engaging in Christ-centered lessons where they will enjoy worship, Bible stories, crafts, and playtime in one of our many safe play areas. Safety is our utmost concern for all children, so all of our volunteers within the Preschool Ministry area have passed a background check. We utilize a check in system where your child will have a tag for them to wear and for their bag. You will also receive a tag to pick up your child from their classroom. When We Meet

Sundays

9:15 and 11:00 a.m. Nursery and Preschool LifeGroups

When you arrive on our campus, please visit the nearest Information Desk. A member of our Hospitality Team will help you get checked into the appropriate classrooms.

We offer Preschool LifeGroups at 9:15 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Children are welcome to stay for both hours in their LifeGroup. If you would like your preschooler to join you for the worship service, we offer "Big Church Bags" for kids to take with them. Please see one of the Information Desks for a bag full of activities and trinkets to entertain your child.

Wednesdays

6:30 p.m. AWANA Cubbies

During the school year, we offer Wednesday night Cubbies for our three and four-year-olds. It is from 6:30 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. in the preschool area. Registration is required to participate. There is a $30 registration fee per child, which includes all curriculum materials. Your child must be 3 years of age by September 1 to participate. 6:30 p.m. Wednesday Night Childcare

Childcare is available for children from birth through two years old. If you have registered for a Bible Study that takes place on campus on Wednesday Nights, we also have childcare available for you. Please email Kara at kdungo@fbcforney.org if you need childcare.

New Baby Registration

Congratulations on your newest blessing! If your baby is 12 months old or younger, please fill out this form so that we can celebrate with you and pray for you!

Mother's Room

Directly across from our preschool area, we have a special Mother's Room available for mothers to use. This is a private place specifically designed for mothers to take their hungry and upset babies. There is also a TV provided where you can watch the live service. For assistance, please see a Welcome Team member in the First Kids Lobby.
