Administrative Staff - Ministry Assistant to Preschool & Children

Brittany Barton joined FBCF in June of 2021. Prior to coming on board, she was a Curriculum Writer for Forney ISD for 4 years and an Elementary School Teacher for 6 years. Brittany and her husband, Mitch, have two children.

Kaylie Bergel

Administrative Staff - Ministry Assistant to Students & Special Needs

Kaylie and her family are originally from Colorado. They moved from Houston to Forney in 2023 and quickly found First Baptist Church Forney to be their new home church. Kaylie graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications. Her most recent experience has been working with independent school districts across the country in Communications and Marketing roles. In her free time, she loves spending time outside and exploring new parts of Texas with her husband and son.

Dylan Bilbrey

Directors - Information Technology Director

Dylan joined First Baptist Church Forney in 2020 through the college ministry and became the Information Technology Director in August 2024. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science at Ouachita Baptist University, with plans to graduate in Spring 2025. As IT Director, Dylan manages the church’s technology infrastructure, networking, and management systems.

Charmey Buie

Ministerial Staff - Associate Minister to Children

Charmey and her family joined First Baptist Church Forney in 1994. She has served as the Associate Minister to Children since 2005. Prior to joining the staff Charmey served as a Sunday School teacher and AWANA Director. Charmey and Kevin married in 1991, have five grown children and are currently blessed with three grandchildren.

Chelsie Cantrell

Directors - FBCF Christian School Preschool Director

Chelsie is the Director of our FBCF Christian School Preschool program. She has worked at the preschool since February of 2010 and has enjoyed working with all age groups within the Academy. Chelsie became Assistant Director in November of 2021, Director in December of 2024 and also serves as a preschool worker on Wednesdays and Sundays. Chelsie is married to Breck and they have 3 daughters.

Greg Childress

Ministerial Staff - Sports and Recreation Pastor

Greg and his wife Lynette joined First Baptist Church Forney in September of 2001. He became the Sports and Recreation Pastor in January of 2007. He is responsible for the Upward Sports ministry as well as the adult sports ministries and oversees the Fitness Center. Prior to this position, he was the part-time Sports and Recreation Director and taught Physical Education in Forney ISD. Greg graduated from Dallas Baptist University in 1990 with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Greg and Lynette have two children and two grandchildren.

Jillian Croasdale

Directors - Business Office

Jillian and her family joined FBCF in January of 2020. Prior to joining the staff, Jillian worked as an AP/AR Accounting and Office assistant for 14 years. Jillian and her husband, Joshua, have two daughters and a son.

Donny Dorsey

Directors - Technical Director

Donny and his wife, Rhonda, joined FBCF in June of 1992 and he became the Technical Director in July of 2012 after volunteering in the tech booth for 10 years. Donny has his BBA in Accounting and prior to accepting this position, he enjoyed a 20 year career with United Artists Theatre Circuit as a senior auditor. Donny and Rhonda have two sons.

Kara Dungo

Ministerial Staff - Preschool Minister

Kara and her husband John joined First Baptist Church Forney in the summer of 2006. Prior to joining the staff in July of 2024, Kara had served as a Sunday School teacher and assistant in the preschool department for 15 years. She also was an elementary school teacher for 31 years. Kara received a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies at SFASU and a Masters of Arts in Teaching from DBU. She and John have two daughters.

Jerry D. Griffin

Ministerial Staff - Senior Adult Pastor

Bro. Jerry Griffin has devoted his life to the Lord’s work his entire adult life. He was ordained in 1953 at Memorial Baptist Church in Corsicana. Griffin served as the pastor of First Baptist Church Forney for 33 years and served 13 years as Director of Missions for Kauf-Van Baptist Association. Following his service with Kauf-Van Baptist Association, he returned to FBCF as Pastor to Senior Adults.

Kacey Jackson

Ministerial Staff - Special Needs Minister

Kacey became a member of First Baptist Church Forney in 2017 and began volunteering in the Special Needs Ministry. After teaching special education classes for 14 years, Kacey answered God’s call to ministry in 2020 when she became the Special Needs Minister here at FBCF. Kacey graduated from Texas A&M in 2005 with a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies with a Special Education emphasis. Kacey and her husband Chris have three children.

Andrew Johnson

Ministerial Staff - Student Pastor

Andrew joined First Baptist Church Forney in July of 2020. He joined us from Shades Mountain Baptist Church in Birmingham, AL. Andrew previously served on Shades' staff from 2008-2014 as middle school pastor. After serving as student pastor at a church in Mobile, AL, he was called back to Shades in November 2016 to serve as Minister to Students until July of 2020. Andrew oversees the middle school and high school ministry, discipleship strategy, and leads the student ministry staff. He is married to Marchele, and they have three children.

Directors - Social Media Coordinator

Kaitlyn has grown up in our youth group and served as an intern in our communications department assisting with photography, videography and social media over the summer of 2024 while attending college. In November 2024 she was hired as the Social Media Coordinator. Kaitlyn will graduate from Liberty University in the Fall of 2025 with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.

Nicole Lino

Ministerial Staff - Women's Ministry Director

Nicole Lino is married to Senior Pastor Nathan Lino and is mother to four children. She previously lead the Women's Ministry at Northeast Houston Baptist Church. Born and raised in Austin, Texas, she is a graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Mathematics. Nicole is passionate about the intersection of the Bible, culture, and politics, and speaks at large events, as well as disciples women one-on-one in the areas of womanhood, marriage, and parenting.

Shelby Loeschner

Administrative Staff - Assistant to Head of Schools

Shelby is a military veteran who served as a medic in the United States Air Force. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Science and Arts in Christian Studies from Dallas Baptist University. Married to her husband Randall since 2013, they are blessed with four children: Joehnis, Shyloeh, Blaikleigh, and Loehgan. Shelby is accompanied by her service dog, Tiller. Her deep love for the Lord, combined with her love for people and children, is at the heart of her work and life.

Eddie Lopez

Ministerial Staff - En Espanol Pastor

Eduardo Lopez was born in Coahulia, Mexico in 1969 and moved to Dallas, TX in 1992. Eddie graduated from Vision International University of Ramona California in 2004 and received his Master of Theoligical Studies. He came to FBCF as Pastor of Hispanic Ministry in October of 2004. Eddie and his wife, Zoila, were married in 1995. They have two daughters.

Kirk Luecke

Ministerial Staff - Staff Evangelist

Kirk joined the staff at First Baptist Church Forney on February 9th, 1992. Before coming here, he served at San Jacinto Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas for four years and Bolton Street Baptist Church in Amarillo for one year. Kirk received his Bachelor of Science degree from Liberty University in 1995. He and his wife, Cathy, married in 1988 and have four sons. Kirk served as Minister to Students for 19 years prior to becoming Young Adults and Missions Pastor, then moving into a focus on evangelism.

Lys McClendon

Administrative Staff - Ministry Assistant to the Executive Pastor

Lys was born and raised in Venezuela; she was in her third year of medical school before the Lord called her parents and siblings to move to the U.S. in 2015. She is married to Patrick McClendon; they have one daughter named Sarah and two dogs. Lys and her Family moved to Forney in June 2022. They joined FBC Forney in August 2022. Prior to coming on board, Lys worked as a Production and project coordinator in LA. She is also an FBA Spanish teacher and loves working with kids. Growing up as a Pastor's daughter, she has served in children, student, and college ministries throughout her life.

Donna began her position as Worship Ministry Assistant at FBCF in June of 2021.

Vicki Potts

Directors - Fitness Center Manager

Vicki and her family joined FBCF in March of 2015 and she became our Sports and Fitness Center Manager in 2019. In addition to working in the Fitness Center, Vicki volunteers in the Student Ministry and First Kids Choirs. She has her MS in Family Studies from Texas Tech and has worked as an elementary teacher. Vicki and her husband, Gary, have been married 32 years and have two daughters.

Cynthia Rogers

Ministerial Staff - Head of Schools

Cindy Rogers is responsible for overseeing the FBC Forney Christian Preschool and the FBC Forney Classical Christian School. She has most recently served as Director of Childhood Ministries at a large Baptist church, supervising all ministry and volunteers for birth-6th grade. She has also worked in the Texas public school system as a teacher in elementary school, middle school, and high school before she became a middle school building principal. Cindy holds an undergraduate degree from University of Houston and a Masters in Educational Leadership from Sam Houston State University. She has been married to her husband, Richard Crumpton, since 1994.

Ministerial Staff - Pastor of Adults

Aaron was named Pastor of Adult Ministries on April 7, 2024. Prior to joining FBC Forney, Aaron served as Senior Pastor of Graceview Baptist Church in Burleson, Tx. Pastor Aaron and his wife, Paige, have been married since 1993. He is the father of five children ⎯ Jordyn, Brett, Haden, Jake & Luke. Pastor Aaron received a BA in Theology and Biblical Studies from Criswell College, Dallas, Texas.

Bonnie Warren

Directors - Communications Director

Bonnie Warren joined the staff at First Baptist Church Forney in April of 2002. She worked in the Corporate Marketing and Branding divisions for Electronic Data Systems and Sprint Corporation for fourteen years prior. Bonnie earned BA in Communications and Marketing from Texas A&M University in 1989. She and her husband, Kevin, have two children.

Mark R. Warren

Ministerial Staff - Worship Pastor

Mark Warren joined us in August of 2010 as the Associate Worship Pastor and, in 2025, was named Worship Pastor. He began his worship ministry in 1996 after graduating from Southern Methodist University. Mark's unique and broad experience with leading worship, songwriting, and instrumentals brings a depth of spirit to First Baptist's Music Ministry. Prior to coming to Forney, Mark worked with Saddleback Church in California, LakePointe Rockwall, and others across the country. Mark and his brother Joel are the original founders of Forty Days, a top album-producing Christian band signed to Provident Music Group in 2000 and toured America with Third Day, Mercy Me, Audio Adrenaline, Michael W. Smith and others. They also recorded Awaken, an album to correspond to a movement by the same name to redefine what the church sees as worship. Mark is married to Vanessa. They have two children.

Jerad White

Ministerial Staff - Children's Pastor

Jerad joined our staff in April of 2013. Prior to becoming Children's Pastor, he served as Associate Student Pastor. Jerad served multiple summers as an intern in both Children's and Student Ministries. He is married to Allison and is a graduate of Criswell College.

Lisa White

Administrative Staff - Receptionist and Ministry Assistant

Lisa joined FBCF in April 2006 and became a member of the staff in September 2018. She is married to Bryan White. They have two grown children and two grandchildren.

Lloyd Wright

Directors - Director of Facilities

Lloyd joined the First Baptist Church Forney staff in August 2020. Following his retirement from the U.S. Marine Corps, Lloyd served as Operations Director for a services corporation providing support to government customers and most recently served on staff at a church as the Maintenance and Facilities Director. Lloyd has a Masters of Strategic Studies from the U.S. Army War College and a Masters of Military Studies from the U.S. Marine Corps Command and Staff College. His undergraduate degree is from the U.S. Naval Academy. Lloyd and his wife Heather have two children.
